Refunds / Cancellations

Your satisfaction is our priority.


If you are unable to attend a Workshop for which you have registered, contact LightLadder Customer Service at (303) 882-9050 at least 7 days prior to the event. We will convert your registration to a non-refundable credit that you may apply toward a future LightLadder event for up to one full year from your original event date.

If, after attending the first half of any Workshop, you are not completely satisfied, please contact one of our Representatives during the break at the event. Refunds are authorized at the event only. You must have attended the event up until the break, and you must request your refund from a LightLadder Representative during the Workshop break. At your option, we will apply your payment to a future event, or send you a full refund. Simply turn in your Workshop materials to the LightLadder Representative.

No credit or refund is available if you cancel your registration less than 7 days before the event, if you leave a Workshop early without contacting a LightLadder Representative, or if you fail to attend the event for which you have registered.
